DELIVERY POLICY

1. The mango boxes will be delivered only to the address that is mentioned in the order. In case of deliveries in huge apartment complexes, the boxes will be delivered at the security gate after informing the customer. Once delivered, it will be the customer's responsibility to take delivery of the boxes.

2.  As only mangoes grown in our own orchard are sold by us, the delivery dates can vary each year depending upon the variety. Deliveries will not be expedited at any cost as the natural ripening cycle of mangoes is dependent upon several environmental factors that are out of our control and will not depend upon availability of the same variety in the local market (which would have come from a completely different geographical area).

3.  Unlike other online websites that guarantee delivery in a specific time frame as they source their mangoes from different producers in different areas, we cannot predict when exactly our mangoes will be delivered as we have to wait for the correct harvesting time for each variety. Customers must therefore expressly understand before making online payment that the mangoes will be delivered only when they are fully ripened and ready for dispatch as per nature's schedule. Delivery will not be expedited due to market conditions or customer expectations.

4.  Arrival of each variety of mangoes will be announced on our website from time to time along with the delivery schedule of each variety.

5. . First preference will be given to customers who have made advance payment both for Home Delivery (Online) as well as for collection at the Pick Up points (Via NEFT / IMPS / Bank Transfer). Even here, deliveries will be made in the order in which the bookings have been received. For guaranteed collection at the Pick Up points, customers are advised to send the transaction number by sms / WhatsApp to 9481776280. On receipt of this confirmation, the boxes will be kept reserved for them at the Pick Up point and they will be informed to collect them as soon as they are in place. Only the remaining boxes will be sent to the delivery points for spot purchase, which will be announced on the home page under the Recent Updates section.


REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY

A full refund of the amount paid (less delivery charges, if any) is guaranteed by us in the following cases:

1.  Where supply could not be made by us due to unavailability of the particular variety ordered as a result of less yield. ie, the orders received are more than the actual harvest quantity. However, customers will have the choice to opt for another variety against the payment already made and this request can be made via WhatsApp/Email/SMS or via telephone. Balance amount if any will be refunded to the customer via NEFT at the end of this year's mango season. However, if such an option is not exercised, the full amount will be refunded.

2.  Where the mangoes supplied do not meet our quality criteria or where the customer is not fully satisfied with the quality of the fruit that was received from us. Replacement of the mangoes with fresh ones will be first option, subject to availability. There is no need to return the mangoes to claim a refund as this arrangement is made by us in good faith. However, the customer may be required to send pictures of the mangoes by WhatsApp/Email in support of their claim as well as to help us identify the problem or cause.

3.   Refunds will not be made if the claim is the result of spoilage of fruit due to over-ripening or long/wrong storage. Customers are therefore requested to order only the quantity that they can readily consume within the normal shelf life of the mangoes.

4.  Refunds will be made via NEFT only at the end of the mango season upon submission of the relevant bank details such as customer name, bank name, account number and IFSC along with the complaint.
